Greetings,

I'm having a number of performance and stability issues with the following
versions of ctdb and samba gotten from
http://ctdb.samba.org/packages/redhat/RHEL5.

Since that version of samba hasn't been updated since last October,
I'm thinking of running the latest code from the git repository.

Is the code in these repositorys recommended for production environments?

Thanks much,
JR

repositories I'd pull from:

 git clone git://git.samba.org/tridge/ctdb.git ctdb
 git clone git://git.samba.org/tridge/samba-ctdb.git samba_3_0_ctdb

Currently running the following versions of samba/ctdb:

ctdb-1.0.71-1
samba-3.2.3-ctdb.50
samba-client-3.2.3-ctdb.50
samba-common-3.2.3-ctdb.50
samba-doc-3.2.3-ctdb.50
samba-swat-3.2.3-ctdb.50
