This is indeed very odd, it looks like a Sambar thingy or a Windows thingy, probably 
the last ;-) 
When I'm running the browser on the same machine as the Sambar server is on, there are 
2 images on a total of 15 on 1 page that don't load or, if they load it can take up to 
30 secs. If I access that same page from a different computer, everything is ok, no 
difference in loading times and all images are loaded.

Indeed strange.

I use Paint Shop Pro 5 and don't belive that's the problem.

I see the problem on my site mostly with the Sambar logo - gif - that I just copi'd 
from Tod's site. And I dont see it with other pictures created with PSP.
