Rodney,

I own a computer store also (have been in the business fulltime since 1979) and we 
both know that there are always people who are never satified no matter what you do. 
Just take what you can from the list and watch and wait. You'll find that the 
complainers eventually dissappear after they have done all the damage that they can.

This does not mean that any one webmaster can't ask for help until they finally solve 
the problem. I've needed help and gotten it from the list and so has most of the 
members. Sambar is A-OK in my book and I've worked with a number of other webservers 
as well. It's enough to say that I use Sambar and not any of the others.
