[sambar] Maximize a NEW mesage screen in Webmail {02}

In /sambarfolder/sysuser/webmail/actions.stm modify the
function mailtoPop() {
    mailspop =
window.open('<RCShome>/mailto.stm','mailtoWindow','width=700,height=620,resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes');
}

change the width and height
I do this each time a new version comes out.
