The way I understand it is forget webramps firmware. Go to
http://firmware.sonicwall.com and d/l the firmware, then the webramp thinks
its a sonicwall.

Yes and no.
Webramp's OEM firmware doesn't support the latest Sonicwall features and
performance.
Nor is the performance the same.

They are the aproximately the equivalent of Sonciwall's first generation
boxes or a scaled down version of the 2nd generation, depending on the
model.

3Com's little fw boxes are of similar "features", also using an OEM firmware
with a reduced set of features

I suggest you do yourselelf the favour & invest a few extra bucks and get
the real thing.
