Thank you Peter. I was agrevated earlier and just walked away for awhile.
When I got back, your answer was waiting on me. Although, I'd read and read
the docs, I did not enable htm pages in the ssi of config.ini. By the time
I'd gotten to testing it all on shtml pages, I was definately not in the
right state of mind to work on it. Frankly, I was pissed! :)
Here the deal. Ad .htm to the ssi pages in config.ini
Then simply add a line like this to the .htm page.
<!--#include virtual ="menu.htm"-->
