You can have a look at http://localhost/samples/mailit.stm of the original sambar docs. But beware you don't make a form, that can be used for spam.
In sted of mailit I use stm script for sending mails from a form - I think it's mutch easyer and flexible. And if you "hardcode" the recipient inside the RCXsendmail line, you schould be safe from spam use. Have a look at http://localhost/samples/feedback.stm of the original sambar docs.
