Have u looked at youre vhost.ini file.. 

try to put this one in
[the domain]
bla 
bla 
bla
CGI Directory = c:/www/g/username/cgi-bin/

then there is somethings about the mapping.ini, can see my settings, im on work and 
dont have access to my hove computer.
Maybe some on can tell the settings.

Also make sure to have the perl installed in eg C:\perl\
i haveit there, and it works fine for me
