A bit of spam I received today had a couple clues about how they come up with their headers that might help you set up your spam filter. The have a regexp in the headers and another in the body that are normally replaced with plain text: Subject: Re: %RND_UC_CHAR[2-8], that same massolit and from the body: Free CableTV!No more pay!%RND_SYB
I think it's a safe bet that %RND_UC_CHAR[2-8] means a string of 2 to 8 ([2-8]) characters comprised of random (RND) uppercase (UC) characters (CHAR).
