Use Sambar RC script or Sambar Cscript (asp) both are easy to use.
This is all you need to enter data into a mySQL db with RC on a stm page.
e.g. <RCQcachename sql="insert into table (fld,fld) values
('RC$fld','RC$fld')">
Well you need to setup a ODBC connection
