Sometimes the Sambar dbms will fail when a malformed (incorrect syntax) is
in an STM file or when dbms system resources have been exceeded. Rather
than the expected record set, a typical message returned in the STM page
might be something like: ODBC Error -3100, 37000:
db_query() etc......
Is there a way to intercept the ODBC error message, and append to it by
indicating a system administrator contact info of choosing.
