I have a variety of things working.. Its really not that hard to test.. Are you sure 
your mail settings are configured for spam?.. And I assume you are working with your 
spam file in the correct location? Have you successfully got it to filter something? 
The built in regex rules are really all you need for good examples of blocking 
different categories (ie; Subject, From, To, etc. etc)
