Good afternoon,
Nowadays, we have
installed Sambar Server v6.0 build Nov/11/2003 13:20:36 in a Windows 2000
Server SP4, with Symantec SAVCE 8.1 and Sygate Firewall Pro.
All the mails are delivered to their
recipient normally, except for those sent to accounts in
bancolombia.com.co. When I tried to send to those accounts, the following
error is displayed:
[2004-02-24 11:49:37] ERROR: ROUTER:
SMTP Server 'bancolombia.com.co' [250] returned error: 451 Requested action
aborted: local error in processing (message save)
[2004-02-24 11:49:37] ERROR: ROUTER: Failure delivering mail message to recipient: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [ROUTER: SMTP Server 'bancolombia.com.co' [250] returned error: 451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing (message save)] I would like to know if
this error is originated due to our sambar. Anyway, it is the only
domain that presents trouble when delivering e-mails. Sometimes, I have to
restart the service and after this, the mails are correctly delivered to the
recipients.
I do not know if there is some kind
of restriction at Bancolombia where it is forbidden for us to send them
mails. I tried from an external account and all the mails were perfectly
delivered to their accounts. What do you think is happening?
