I have been using Sambar mail for several years now and never had any problems until now (currently using the latest version 6.xx). In the past couple of days the server will quit responding to pop3 requests and your mail client will hang. Web mail will also hang and not even open. After trial and error I have found that to resolve the problem I have to stop the Sambar service and delete the top piece of mail in the spool directory. After the problem mail is cleared I can restart the Sambar service and all is well until the next piece of mail gets "stuck". This might takes minutes, hours or even the next day, but it seems to happen frequently now. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
