Yes you can one easy way is to create a user name and password in the sambar server give full rights and full access to the log directory or even to the whole c drive. I have been using a simple program like seagull ftp go in and copy the files out into your pc (just drag and drop into a folder of your choosing) now you can view with any text editor like text pad. the down side is that if you get a lot of hits you wont get the logs updated automatically you basicaly have to drag and drop periodicaly to see the latest info but it is good for debugging cos you can create a log folder and then date stamp subfolders and copy the logs into new date stamped folders for comparrison. to do this you have to have ftp proxy running. The other way would be to set your pc on the same network as the sambar server map the server drive and you get direct access. kind regards vlad
