Hi, we just changed T1 providers. I updated the Dns servers to point at those of my new provider but ran into a problem. Apparentlly they do not support MX lookups with there servers. I call there tech support about it and they say sure they will host MY MX record but I can't quite get it through to them that I need there server to do MX lookups for my email server.
Has anyone else run into this problem? I am currentlly using my old ISP's dns server but we have given them notice and will stop payment in about a month.
