Dear Samtools Help,
Looking at your Workflow page ( http://www.htslib.org/workflow/ ) I have noted
mentioning of something that looks like a gatk bundle for GRCh38. I mean that
in the “Improvements” section, where you show code that refers to files named
“…bundle/b38/Mills1000G.b38.vcf” and “bundle/b38/dbsnp_142.b38.vcf”. On my
knowledge gatk has not yet provided the official bundle for GRCh38 (e.g. see
http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/discussion/3843/plans-to-update-the-gatk-bundle
) . Could you let me know whether I interpreted the file names correct. If
yes, where can I download the files mentioned in your code?
