- Fixed error in FilterFileFaker. Changed cluster count in faked filter
file to be 0. Added unit test to test for readability of faked files.
- Modified FastqToSam to strip the "/2" when using
STRIP_UNPAIRED_MATE_NUMBER
- Modified ViewSam. Added option to show only the header or only the
records.
