Dear list,
what is the meaning of QS field after DP field in a vcf file? This is something
we have just discovered, but the field is not defined in the header section.
Which samtools version introduced this field? We are using 0.1.19-44428cd
version and we have found out that it is sometimes produced and not other times
when the analysis is run in different computers with same software.
