Dear all
I was trying to install the latest Picard-1.131 on a linux box without
Internet connection. Previously with Picard-1.8.6 all I needed to do was to
unzip the file because all executables are in a jar file. Now it seems that
I need to build it with ant during which the dependent HTSJDK will be
grabbed from internet. My computer has no internet and even though I was
able to build HTSJDK on it manually, the Picard build.xml doesn't know how
to use the local HTSJDK. It will try to fetch HTSJDK from online and then
report an error. Anyone has any idea how to do it without internet?
Many thanks!
Zhihua Li
