I have a question about the SGB value in mpileup, I read the equations in
"Segregation based metric for variant call QC", but maybe because of my poor
math skills jejeje, but I don't get how is possible to get negatives values.
Nevertheless as far as I understand SGB value look to discriminate if a
nonRef variant is real or not according to the deep using Poisson and HWE, is
this right?
what's the difference between a value of -0.5 and -0.6?
