Hi, I have without much luck tried to install samtools on my pc. I am using WSL2.
when I type the command "make" during installation I get the following error: /usr/bin/ld: cannot open output file samtools: Is a directory collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [Makefile:145: samtools] Error 1 Does someone have a solution as to what my problem could be?, Best, Trine
