How are you trying to see them? They only have a component of CVS, so
if you were clicking on SVN then you wouldn't have found them.
I've closed 2 of the duplicates (leaving the one you're watching) and
changed the component to SVN. Also commented (you should have received
email, but with other changes you might not notice this one) that you
need to provide more information.
In addition, I tried to create a SVN directory for Sandesha2 (new
version on top of axis2) and for that also i am getting the error
"Permission Denied".
Do I need special permissions to do the above?
You would need write permission to axis2, if I understand correctly
that you tried to create ws/axis2/sandesha2, but that would be all.
