It is just the same configuration you need to follow as in the user guide. http://ws.apache.org/sandesha/userguide.html
As long as the tomcat is running in two different ports and you mention the urls with correct ports. E.g. http://127.0.0.1:8080 and http://127.0.0.1:6060
you are done.
