Samisa, I think we can reuse the JIRA for the Sandesha2 Java (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANDESHA2) because there is not much traffic in the JIRA as well. But we need a way to distinguish the versions. My suggestion is we can create a component named "C implementation" and use [sandesha2C] as the prefix for the summary when creating issues. Above is just a thought. Comments are welcome
