Both the Close sequence and send Ack request messages fail if the options
object does not contain a property key even if the sequence exists and the
processors can find the sequence id and the internal sequence id.
The fix should be to add the SequenceId and Internal sequence id to the
SenderBean objects so the Sender thread can generate the correct property key.
