Here is a second patch to implement polling based on the WS-RM anonymous URI
template. Before this can work we need some minor tweaks to the base axis2
code, so that it understands that the RM uris work like plain old ws-a anon
uris.
I'll open a second jira against Axis2 to track the other changes.
