Currently two way single channel is supported only in 1.1. This is because RM
1.1 spec has support for this. But RM 1.0 does not have mentioned about this.
Still Microsoft has support for single channel two ways messaging. It seems
that this can be done with sandesha2c with slight modifications to the code
