Why? Who's rules are you trying to enforce with that? Mercury is an RM
module for Axis2 and its open source and under Apache license. Feel
free to ignore it but there's nothing wrong with that email.
I also think it is ok to send a note about Axis2 related products
releases on axis-dev and axis-user list. We should encourage that . And
this is not the first time something like that happen [1] ;-)
