David, sorry i never did anything about your mail, went on holiday and it
slipped away. You don't need to be in the web of trust to do a release, as
long as the artifacts are signed and the PMC votes for it thats all you
need. But, tomorrow is one of the rare days i'm in at Hursely, if you are
too should we meet up and sign keys?
