Interoperating Sandesha2 with wcf

I am doing some interops sandesha2 with wcf [1][2].
As I saw wcf does not support Make Connections.
And also sandesha2 does not allow to create an annoymous in out sequence (RM
1.1) with out Make connections. i.e we can not do an RM 1.1 anonymous inout
senario by disabling Make Connections.
I am not sure why wcf does not support MC and then how the server sends the TS
and TSR messages without MC. But we can make a Sandesha2 client interoperable
with wcf by just allowing it to operate without make connections.
MC is by default is enabled for Sandesah2 and if someone wants to disable it we
can assume it is intentional. Therefore I think it is ok to
allow operate annoymous inout sequences without MC in order to make it
interoparable with wcf.
