I found the problem! The CreateSequance soap message does not contains username and password! the security phase look for them does not find then! it gives an exception which is not printed! and the RM cycle continue creating the messages but without sending the CreateSequance it waits for the response and it gets to time out!
How can avoid security phase for the CreateSequance soap or set the same security policy for them!
