The users' PC has Kubuntu, which lists hplip installed but, for Envy
5000 series, configuration is only offering hpcups or hpijs...

We recently got an HP Envy 5055 printer, which is also a
copier and
scanner. It scans a full preview page okay, but then on full scan,
scans about an inch of any 8.5x11" (American letter page, slightly
shorter than international A4) page then halts. Is there anything
further I can do to test/debug this?
