After several days of emailing and a small modification of ricoh2 backend it turned out that Ricoh model SG3100SNw is also supported. So I applied all required changes and now they have been landed to master.
I am leaving this message here just in the case of future searches as I suspect there are more Ricoh scanners that can be supported by this backend. /Stanislav 28.04.2019, 22:50, "Stanislav" <[email protected]>: > You may want to try ricoh2 backend I've written recently for Ricoh SP100. > It's available in the backends repo > (https://gitlab.com/sane-project/backends). > If you're lucky enough, your device has the same chip and it is supported. > But first you need to patch the source at least to detect your device (by > adding your productid to get_model_by_productid). > > Hopefully this will help, > Stanislav > > -- > sane-devel mailing list: [email protected] > https://alioth-lists.debian.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/sane-devel > Unsubscribe: Send mail with subject "unsubscribe your_password" > to [email protected] -- sane-devel mailing list: [email protected] https://alioth-lists.debian.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/sane-devel Unsubscribe: Send mail with subject "unsubscribe your_password" to [email protected]
