Thanks for the Info Jeff. I actually didn't have tried to scan with gscan2pdf, I just examined the options in settings. Anyway I suspect, if gscan2pdf has already solved https://gitlab.com/sane-project/frontend/xsane/issues/1 for my Epson WF-2630 ADF.
