Hallo everybody, i just want to let you know, that since today my microtek scanmaker X6 runs well with xscanimage and xsane. There are no problems anymore with I/O errors or that the scanner could not be found since I have changed my SCSI-Controller. I am using now an Adaptec-2904 and and xscanimage and xsane runs fine. With an Tekram-DC315 Controller I had several problems in the past time and my scanner doesn't work correctly. I hope that this tip will help if you have some problems.
