[sane-devel] SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE

Hi,

Does anybody know what the capability "SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE"
means? It's in sane.h but I can't find it in the standard.

It's used in qcam.c and v4l.c for every option.
