I have the subject scanner and was told to check the plustec web
page and did so. What I learned was this:
Epson-0x04b8 Perfection 1250-0x0if " Mostly working, TPA supported, use
option enable TPA"
Alas it's greek to me. I already know the numbers for the
scanner cause I did cat /proc/bus/usb/devices and it gave me those
numbers.
My questions are, why do I need those numbers and what is TPA
and what is option enable TPA?
Of course the scanner doesn't work.
