Planned date of release: 2003-05-25 There is a snapshot of the current CVS at ftp://ftp.mostang.com/pub/sane/ (sane-backends-1.0.12-pre2.tar.gz). Please test on all available platforms. I've tested compilation on a variety of Linux, HP-UX, Tru64 and BSD platforms but can' test actuall scanning. I'll append the NEWS file for 1.0.12.
