Though there is a suspicion that it is the controller of a series Adaptec AHA152x. I want to notice, that my scanner has identical performances circumscribed by you to the address http://www.mostang.com/pipermail/sane-devel/2003-May/018730.html. Therefore finally it is possible to tell, that the scanners of a series ScanTak 2c/3c and series MaxiScan A4 by anything except for the name do not differ. Regards, Alex (Oleksiy O. Loktev).
