Background:
I have two computers in-house: I-Will + dual x86's and
an Asus with dual Athlons. I would like to have the
Nikon Coolscan 4000 on the athlon box, but cannot get it
to recognize the Adaptec unit that came with the Nikon
(dual-port NEC, should've been standard).
On either the I-Will or Asus boards the ohci driver
gives me a nastygram about

but at least the unit works on the I-Will.
Question:
Anyone else out there running a Nikon w/ Asus dual-athon
motherboard? If so, any recommendations on cards that are
likely to work?
