[sane-devel] Need simple help from Windows Users for xsane-win32

I've looked; windows 98 is pretty lightweight generally, and in this
specific case as well.

To give you the rest as well, you can grab a windows 98 (first edition,
I think) and windows 2000 service pack 4 environments from:
