Hi, You'll probably want to check out the sanei docs, in particular the sanei_usb docs: http://www.sane-project.org/sanei/sanei__usb_8h.html This particular function just maps to a libusb function, and the libusb docs aren't inspiring, so you'll probably have to look at the usb spec.
