It's a known issue for both the 2480 and the 2580. See https://alioth.debian.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=300756&group_id=30186&atid=410366 To be honest I've no idea how to fix it. A trace of the USB communication in windows may be helpful. /Oliver
