The scanner seems to respond well at first and then it fails when the driver request the image data. It's possible the pkt passed to windows is invalid.
Is your windows scsi driver up-to-date? The current logs are not enough to understand what's happening. Could you make a new trace with SANE_DEBUG_SANEI_SCSI set to 255 (as well as with SANE_DEBUG_MICROTEK2)? Frank.
