Hello, I am in the same boat with an MP710 (740 is the same except it adds FAX capability), and got some tips from the MP610 pages here: http://mp610.blogspot.com I am trying to do some coding today, for the first time, no idea how successful I will be. Any other PIXMA people around that could help with these general problems would be much appreciated, to be sure. Best regards, Gernot Hassenpflug
