I have uploaded at http://stef.dev.free.fr/sane/genesys/index.html a
new
experimental version that brings uncalibrated scan support for 75, 100, 200,
300 and 600 dpi color and gray scans.
The next step is to add calibration.
This version may fix the bug that occurs sometimes at 100/150 dpi gray
modes
for the MD6471. I couldn't reproduce it with this version, but due to its
elusive nature, I can't conclude for sure yet.
It also brings some progress for HP2400/G2410 support. But since I
don't have
the proper hardware to test, I don't know if 50 or 300 dpi uncalibrated scan
modes are working.
