Hello, in sane-backends-1.0.20 SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE was erroneously removed from include/sane/sane.h and as a consequence some frontends (like xsane) failed to build, see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=527675
Now I found out that in sane-backends-1.0.21 there is also no SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE in include/sane/sane.h. Is this meanwhile really no longer needed by any frontend? Wouldn't it have been better to re-add it to be on the safe side so that e.g. even older frontend versions won't fail to build?
