Hi Tim, seeing an "error" while adf is impty is normal behaviour.
What's about running an adf batch scan job empty? Can you start a new (single) scan job afterwards? Please use only usb connection while testing. On a 2nd step we can switch to LAN. Please be patient if you'll see some errors and it may seem that we are on the wrong way. We'll find a patch for this scanner. Cheers, Rolf p.s. please answer with my email as cc.
