Cheers!! yesterday Prateek, Pratibha, Tanu (Pratibha's Friend) and Shilpa (i.e. myself) went for a newspaper collection drive. We had gone to Tanu's society to do this and it was a great day for all of us. In all we collected 150 kgs in 5 hours. It was really exciting. I met alot of people. some appreciated us, some people ignored us and some people wanted to impose on us the fact that, this is not going to help the society in any way. we talked to them and we did put across our positive point of view. May be they were half convinced. I just loved the experience. Tanu is Pratibha's friend and I appreciate the kid for her extra ordinary efforts. Sanskaari is growing.. As while collecting the newspapers, we made it a point to mention the Sanskaari and we did this as a branding tool. The effects were awesome. Some people took extra interest and hope to organize more such drives in future.. After all 150 kgs in 5 hours is not at all bad. We are all ready to give sahyog to sahyog.. Cheers once again..
